Donna Jackson, CPA, JD, LLM and A. Daniel Woska, JD, LLM

Donna J. Jackson is a nationally recognized attorney, authority, speaker and educator in estate planning. Ms. Jackson is a CPA and holds a Master Degree (LL.M.) in Elder Law. Ms. Jackson has over 28 years of legal experience. She limits her practice to estate planning with an emphasis on Medicaid, VA Benefits and special needs planning, including trusts, special needs trusts, wills, durable power of attorneys and living wills. In addition, Ms. Jackson’s practice includes taxes, corporate, trust, individual, gift and estate, probates and business organizations, including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

A. Daniel Woska has been practicing law for forty (40) years. He went back to school in 2014 at Boston University and received his LLM in Tax Law in May 2015. He has an active practice today involving estate planning, trusts, wills, special needs trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, medical powers of attorney, guardianship, probate, trust administration and litigation. He also practices in tax matters relating to corporate and individual trusts, gift and estate tax as well as tax matters relating to formation of business organizations.

President Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 on December 22, 2017. This is a two-part webcast series on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. The first webcast on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 will discuss the act as it relates to individuals, and part two webcast on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, will discuss the act as it relates to businesses.
