OBA War College – Advanced Asset Protection Strategies, Tactics and Procedures

The Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, the USAF Air War College in Montgomery, Alabama, and the Marine Corps War College in Quantico, Virginia, exist to expose officers to advanced concepts and developing tactics relating to strategic planning, operational execution, resource management and responsible command. This webcast is designed to do the same for Oklahoma and non-Oklahoma lawyers active in the asset protection theatre.

Learning objectives:

  • Brief review: asset protection legal theories
  • 2016 case law developments and national commentary relating to asset protection planning
  • Focus: Oklahoma Preservation Trust drafting developments
  • Focus: drafting for “problem issues” relating to Oklahoma Preservation Trusts, including surviving bankruptcy and minimizing estate tax
