Brandon Pasley, Senior Director of Specialized Training – YWCA Oklahoma City
The lunch and learn session offers participants a small sampling of the half and full-day trainings that you are available through the YWCA of Oklahoma City. It introduces participants to domestic violence by defining what it is and what it is not, reviewing data to illustrate the impact of domestic violence on individuals, the workplace and the economy, and ultimately articulating how domestic violence at home can “spill over” into the workplace. This session also includes samples of model policies around domestic violence in the workplace and tips on how to recognize, support and refer.
