Robert M. LeVine, JD is the author of The Uniform Commercial Code Made Easy, a revolutionary, groundbreaking approach to the teaching of law.Upon graduation from the University of Chicago School of Law, LeVine began his legal career with the Miami, Florida law firm of Shutts and Bowen, where he was responsible for all Uniform Commercial Code related matters for the firm.Shortly thereafter, LeVine became an adjunct and then full time professor of law at the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught courses on the Uniform Commercial Code and the federal regulation of banking.
