The Oklahoma's workers' compensation system is now a dichotomy of jurisdiction with the Court of Existing Claims handling older injury claims and the Workers' Compensation Commission hearing injury cases that occurred since early 2014.  In OLD LAW VS. NEW LAW, hear leaders of both the Court and Commission discuss the transition from one Court system to two systems, one a judicial court of record, and the other a full administrative system. An update on constitutional challenges to specific sections of the new workers' compensation law will highlight the discussion.
