Attorneys and judges sometimes encounter matters which involve commercial damages. In these
matters, typically, an expert is asked to determine an amount for the commercial damages. The expert's
work must be within the realm of conventional damages theory and be based upon generally accepted
approaches and methods of damages measurement. This webcast is intended to provide attorneys and
judges an overview of the different approaches and methods, as well as, address the thought process
behind determining such damages.
