Digital Client Files – The Basics of Going Paperless
Program Presenter
Jim Calloway, Director, Management Assistance Program – Oklahoma Bar Association
Many law firms have completed the transition to digital workflows and digital client files. They have benefited from greater efficiency and their client files are no longer at risk of being destroyed by a fire or natural disaster. All documents in the client file are saved and accessed digitally, then the risk of losing an important document and or losing a physical client file is almost nonexistent.
This webcast is for those lawyers and law firms who “aren't there yet.” This program outlines the basics of digital client files, from hardware to practice management software to office policies. OBA Management Assistance Program Director Jim Calloway and Practice Management Advisor Darla Jackson will not spend time on why lawyers should do this but instead will focus on how. Sample office policies will be included in the webinar materials. They believe that using practice management software tools and digital client files is a critical element to future success in your law practice.
